Vinyl - Butschi - Clouds Over My Mind EP

This project marks a significant moment for me - my first ever vinyl release and a collection of my most personal tracks to date. The start of a new era for my music, a desire to re-connect it to my deeper emotions and vision of life, made of ups and downs, spiraling thoughts, but also of beautiful things to be looking at, a mix of the old and new Butschi, between melancholy and brighter days ahead.»

Some of these tracks have been with me for years, unfinished, waiting for their moment. Others are newer, shaped by my experiences as a DJ, drawing inspirations from my 2024 favorite IDs and my surroundings’ tastes. I am super happy for all those tracks to finally be out to the world soon.

The first vinyl of the Album serves as a prologue to the second, featuring my newer productions with a more playful vibe, but mostly setting up the mood to enter the 2nd part. I’ll be releasing two singles from it : Shake & Transmission. It also includes an alternative mix to « Break It Into Pieces », a track feat Serenadeyou already released on TETE VIDE.

The second vinyl of the Album goes deeper, it is heavily influenced by 90s Trance and brings a more vulnerable aspect of my sound. The tracks were made 2 years ago - when I started touring as a DJ, felt alone and out of sync with my environment. They’ve helped me to reconnect to the here and now instead of letting my doubts take over and think about possible pessimistic future scenarios.
It’s been very important for me to revisit those tracks again, finish them and show them to the world now.
